Any chance you have a graphics card which is not compatible with the Creatr 2.1 software? You would be the first person to have such a problem.
Did you try installing the software on a different PC to check if the same issue is present?
I would have to say go for it as this is the first time a customer has ever had problems with the support strategy.
Print settings in the Creatr Software can be directly updated in under 'print'.

To use the profiles, choose File, then Import FFF Profile and be sure to select the correct profile in your process. You can also watch this video.
