To whom it may concern,
in an older post I was explaining about the trouble our company had to replace the old Creatr Hs and get a new one. Then this new one had problems after problems.
My conclusion about this printer is that 1 good print results in about 5-7 hours of repairing and calibrating afterwards until it print sufficiently again.
Only one story in a series of several minor and mayor problems with our printer. The replacement printer is now about 4 weeks old and printer about 1 full roll of MAXX PLA filament. Just when we got decent results that we could use for prototypes the cable for the extruder broke in the energy chain (our first concern when we received the printer and saw the energy chain), Now we can only print on the left side of the bed since it looks like the extruder is only heating up on that side until we can repair the cable.
We do not even consider asking or writing to the support after all the disappointment from the past.
This is a good printer that CAN make good prints. On the other hand the support is just does not exist and there are severally mechanical failures in the printer that NEED to be revised in a future model.
As for now the printer is nothing but a fun machine to print out some small toys. It is definitley not suited for companies, prototypes or any commercial use!
Print settings in the Creatr Software can be directly updated in under 'print'.
