During a print, the axis of the motor wich move in Y translation is down inside the printer .

edit : 1 week and 1 day that i'm waiting the new partwhich was supposed to be sent the same day or the next one .

Yes, it is. Please open a support ticket and request a replacement motor.
Print settings in the Creatr Software can be directly updated in under 'print'.
