I am doing a class later this summer at our local builderspace. Amazon recently put the Creatr Dual Starter Packs (not HS) on sale...I got three for the class.
They came with everything EXCEPT software. All three have thumb drives...that are blank.
Amazon wants me to send the entire printer back...
Help...is there a way to send my Serial Number in and get the software? Am I missing something? Very little on the web in the way of Forums but all said it supposed to be on thumb drive.
I am talking about the Simplify 3D software...I have already D/Ld the manuals and printed them out....
I would suggest you open a ticket addressed to Leapfrog Order and Shipping department and see if they can help you out.
Print settings in the Creatr Software can be directly updated in under 'print'.
The latest Simplify 3D profiles can be downloaded using the following links:
Bolt - Simplify3D settings
Bolt Pro - Simplify3D settings
To use the profiles, choose File, then Import FFF Profile and be sure to select the correct profile in your process. You can also watch this video.
