Why am I getting no reaction on my support tickets anymore?
Normally i already have to wait more than a day to get reaction
(which is definitely to long) but now i am already waiting more than 4 days (!) to get a answer from your support team!!
Same for me ... almost a week. Sad to have that kind of service when you buy a 4000 Euro machine.
What's the problem ?
I ordered creatr and some filaments but there is no reaction from leapfrog.. is the whole firm on a vacation or why the hell wont they answer to orders (i got money to give u) or support tickets. please dont be a shitty firm cos you got such a nice printer?

Print settings in the Creatr Software can be directly updated in under 'print'.
The latest Simplify 3D profiles can be downloaded using the following links:

To use the profiles, choose File, then Import FFF Profile and be sure to select the correct profile in your process. You can also watch this video.
